GOOD FENCES - Amsterdam

Tomorrow I will be showing you the windmill that we saw and climbed up into at the Keukenhol Gardens in Amsterdam.  Today I am linking with GOOD FENCES and we have the platform of the windmill were you can walk round the circumference of the windmill and have great views (well if it had not been raining!!)

This is the winch and the man who operates it.

Tulips as far as the eye can see.

This is a view from a tiny window as we walked down the stairs.
Now we are ‘fenced’ in.

Many thanks for visiting and also leaving comments.

  3. I don't do small enclosures well - but loved the tulips.

  4. The Netherlands must be a beautiful place, lovely shots! And there is also the rail "fence" of the bridge as seen in the 3rd picture, as well as the rail "fence" to keep you from tumbling off the platform. All beautifully kept.

  9. Rain provides its own soft quality to photos that makes going out in worth while. Love the look of the machinery. Nothing like a collection of gears.

  13. Bummer about the rain but it looks like quite a nice place to visit. I'm always thankful for railings like that to help prevent people from falling off.
