WEEKEND REFLECTIONS - Bangor Marina

Many thanks for all your good wishes for my holiday in Malawi and my camera is now deep in a bowl of rice in the hope that it will dry out.  These photographs today were taken at Bangor Marina about 3 weeks ago when I was waiting for Dr Julian Greenwood, as he was taking me on a boat to help ring the Black Guillemot chicks that breed at the Harbour.  That was a very interesting experience and I will be posting about it tomorrow.  Today, I am linking this post with WEEKEND REFLECTIONS.

This is the boat we used for ringing the Black Guillemots chicks.

Thank you for visiting.

Many thanks for leaving comments on any of my posts.

Love your seaside images...I live so near the Gulf and we have a huge marina in town that I frequent at least once a week...never tire of the scenery!!! Neat bird too.

  13. It is impressive how this harbour looks exactly like a village I know on the coast, not far from my place, in Brittany... Except for the black seagull, which are a discovery for me today, thanks to your post... Beautiful place and pics.
