Birding at Killtonga

 It was such a lovely sunny afternoon, I decided to walk around the lake at Killtonga.  I heard my first Chiffchaff but could not see it.  In fact most of the way round the lake the bird song was not very evident.  There were the usual Black-headed Gulls making a terrible noise and quite a number of Lesser Black -backed Gulls.

Apart from Mallards there were 2 pairs of Gadwell.
